Spring Has Sprung - Flash 55 Friday, 3-12-10

Jonquils by biskuit

Spring Has Sprung

Bravely pushing through the earth,

Still cold and damp from winter’s breath,

Brilliant yellow jonquils burst,

Farewell to months of decay and death.

Those joyful, lovely flower blooms,

Which herald warmer days ahead,

Have us watching skies above,

As winter coats we start to shed!

Those sunny blooming treats have me dancing in the streets!

If you would like to tell a tale in exactly 55 words, post it and go tell the G-Man
